North Reading 4th of July Fireworks Update

The committee is in the process of making a decision and are only confirming that the fireworks will not be held on Labor Day weekend, if at all.
"The 4th of July Committee has been meeting to evaluate our options regarding rescheduling the fireworks for 2012 vs. postponing until 2013," Bring Back the Fourth Committee Chairman Fred Chalmers said. "We are currently investigating the costs and logistics associated with both options and will arrive at a decision within the next couple of weeks. All we can confirm at this point is that the fireworks, IF RESCHEDULED, will NOT BE on Labor Day weekend. We'll update this information as soon as we can."
