North Reading CodeRED Test Call Results
Police reported that the test call reached just under 6,000 residents in about 13 minutes.

Last Friday the town conducted a CodeRED test call using the Town Wide Emergency Notification System. They sent out an All Call to registered residents and businesses. The call reached over 5,900 residents in under 13 minutes.
According to North Reading Police, after the initial call, the system called all non-connected calls up to three times, which took over two hours.
