Possible House Break Reported on Greene Street

The following is a look at some of the calls handled by the  from Monday through Tuesday. The information is open to the public.

Monday, July 16

  • At 12:12 p.m., an employee from Parks and Recreation reported that a capacitor was stolen from an AC unit over the weekend.
  • At 3:23 p.m., a caller reported ID fraud.
  • At 8:14 p.m., a caller reported that a Park Street resident lit paper towels on fire and damaged the kitchen.

  • At 4:05 a.m., a caller reported that a tenant who lives above her is trying to climb on her deck. Police spoke with the tenant who was trying to get his mother's attention because she locked him out of the apartment.
  • At 9:56 a.m., a caller reported a hit and run that happened overnight and her fence was damaged.
  • At 9:58 a.m., a Concord Street resident reported that someone was stealing items from his farm stand.
  • At 12:31 p.m., a Greene Street resident reported a possible break-in. Police searched the area and gathered items for evidence.
  • At 4:19 p.m., a Main Street resident reported that his mobile home was vandalized the night before. All the windows were broken.
