Reading Affordable Housing Lottery: 8 Units On Main Street

READING, MA — Metro West Collaborative Development will hold a lottery for eight affordable apartments in Reading. The one- and two-bedroom apartments are located at 467 Main St., a 31-unit building with an elevator.

Maximum rents are $1,515 for a one-bedroom apartment and $1,660 for a two-bedroom. There are four of each available.

The building is smoke-free, allows pets and and has in-unit laundry in all apartments. Parking is available for an additional fee, and the complex is less than a half-mile from the Commuter Rail and Bus Route 137.

To be considered for the lottery, fill out the "Ready Renter Pre-Application" at https://metrowestcd.org/rent-a-home/. If you are already in the Ready Renter program, contact Barbara at 617-923-3505 ext. 8 to receive a lottery entry form. The deadline to submit a form is May 6.
