The Reading Commons apartment complex is for sale, according to the <a href="http://homenewshere.com/daily_times_chronicle/news/reading/article_84bb6fe2-d36f-11e2-9c3f-0019bb2963f4.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Chronicle</a>. Henderson Global Investors, based in Chicago, bought the property five years ago for $48.5 million, the Chronicle said. The complex could sell for up to $70 million, according to the Chronicle. The 204-unit complex was built in 2006 and features a heated pool, fitness center, movie theater, underground parking and detached garages.
