Johnston, 26, of 5 Washington Street was arrested on charges of assault and battery and vandalizing property. On Sunday, Carlos M. Monteiro, 29, of 11 Clarence St., Everett was arrested on Woburn Street on a warrant and charges of disturbing the peace and disorderly person. Friday, June 14 <ul> <li>At 7:37 a.m., a Federal Street resident reported that fireworks were shot at his vehicle.</li> <li>At 10:29 a.m., a Lindsay Lane resident reported that his vehicle was hit while parked.</li> <li>At 10:22 p.m., a Haverhill Street resident reported hearing a loud explosion in the area that may have been fireworks.</li> <li>At 9:39 p.m., as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, a Wilmington resident was summonsed on charges of operating with a suspended license.</li> </ul> Saturday, June 15 <ul> <li>At 1:06 a.m., a caller reported a possible fight inside a home on Green Street. </li> </ul> Sunday, June 16 <ul> <li>At 12:23 p.m., a caller reported a car accident on Main Street.
