Reading Winterfest Photo Special

The 2nd annual Winterfest took place last Thursday in Reading Square. The outdoor festival featured Olaf, s'mores, beer, music and fun.

READING, MA — The second annual Winterfest outdoor festival took place this past Thursday in Reading Square.

The family event was put on by the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce. Among the highlights:

Adult beverages were provided by three local breweries: Hopothecary Ales, Gentile Brewing Company and Small Change Brewing.

DJ Phil Carbone, of Time of Your Life DJ Service & Entertainment from North Reading, was there playing music. He also brought a fun mirror photo booth and provided free printed photos.

The event also featured angel wings carved from ice and a turkey named Limpy, which was a tribute to the turkey that was limping around town a few years ago.
