In December of last year, residents asked if there near the Little Meadow Way development. The sidewalk was constructed over the last month and is now complete. North Reading Pedestrian Committee member Daniel Mills said that the did the work, but the sidewalk was paid for by developer Brent McKennelle. The sidewalk was installed from the Little Meadow Way development on Marblehead Street to Haverhill street. The sidewalk stretches about one-quarter of a mile.
