Welcome to the COVID vaccine clinic on 1/28/2022 between 3:40pm and 6:55pm at the Coolidge Middle School, 89 Birch Meadow Drive.

• Pfizer vaccine, open to individuals age 5+
• Moderna vaccine, open to individuals age 18+
• First doses, second doses, and boosters available
