The session also covers the 3 C’s of Content—Create, Curate, and Converse—with practical guidance on building and optimizing your digital hub, including LinkedIn and other key platforms. Finally, participants will learn how to monitor and close their Brand Gap to ensure their brand promise aligns with customer perception.
