No Injuries In Drive-By Shooting In Salem

Salem police are trying to sort out the murky details in the incident near the intersection of Perkins and Leavitt streets.

SALEM, MA — No one was injured Wednesday evening when multiple shots were fired near the intersection of Perkins and Leavitt streets in Salem during an apparent drive-by shooting.

According to the Salem News, which first reported this story, the vehicle may have been a black Honda. But another witness told police they saw a white car speed away from the area. No one got a license plate number and police have been unable to determine who was the target of the shooting.
