Over 25 Companies Participate in Salem Health Fair For Seniors
The event is open to the public and our purpose is to provide information to seniors about options for a variety of health needs.
From the Brookhouse Home for Women: The Brookhouse Home and North Shore Elder Services is excited to host a Health Fair for Seniors on June 1st. More than twenty-five companies in the senior care industry will set up tables outdoors on the beautiful Brookhouse grounds overlooking the ocean at 180 Derby Street in Salem. The hours will be from 10am - 1pm.
The event is open to the public and our purpose is to provide information to seniors about options for a variety of health needs. For example, N.S. Elder Services will host a wellness table offering blood pressure and oximetry readings. Others will have information on a variety of senior resources, with giveaways and raffles. We will also be offering tours of our beautiful home every 30 minutes. We hope to make this a fun experience as well as an annual event .
Rain Date is June 8th.
