Description:

The Autumn Escape Bike Trek is an annual one, two or three-day ride (gravel option available) along Cape Cod, MA taking place September 25-27, 2026. Participants can enjoy gorgeous views as they cycle through the Cape all while supporting the American Lung Association's mission of saving lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease through research, education and advocacy. Activities follow the ride each day including Trek Tent City, our famous festival-style celebration, a lobster dinner, beer, a baked potato bar, and more! All meals and accommodations for the weekend are included in rider fundraising minimum.

Funds raised at the Autumn Escape Bike Trek will support the 34 million Americans suffering from lung diseases like COPD, asthma and lung cancer, the #1 cancer killer in the United States. By joining us, you’ll be supporting life-saving research, education for patients and families, and advocacy for clean air and protection for the public from harmful air pollution.
