By Jeff Fish  Come to Beech Tree Park Sunday at 3 p.m. to watch The Stringbenders, who describe themselves as as playing "country music with a rockin' attitude" on their <a href="http://http://www.thestringbenders.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">website</a>. The Stringbenders "are an exciting 5-piece band (located in the Houston Gulf coast area) playing the best of classic country/Cajun/Zydeco/TexMex styles including a bit of rock n roll to provide everyone with a great evening of entertainment." Band members include Tracy Park on acoustic guitar, lead and harmony vocals, Jim Ferguson on lead guitar, lead and harmony vocals, Benny Rod on drums and harmony vocals, "Astro" Joe Garcia on three-row diatonic accordion and harmony vocals, and Pat "PK" Kominczak on four, five, and six string bass, and vocals. The Stringbenders are performing as part of the annual Beech Tree Sumer Concert Series in Sharon.
