Courtney Wilkinson and South End resident Erin Wilson (pictured) enjoyed a recent after-work wine tasting fundraiser at District Lounge, hosted by members and supporters of the Emerging Leaders of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley.
The Emerging Leaders are a group of young professionals who support the United Way by volunteering their time, talent and resources. Thanks to generous donations made by attendees, close to $2,150 was raised that evening and will be used for programs that help support the United Way’s vision to empower local youth to realize their goals today and prepare them to excel in the 21st century.
