3. Adele fans - be on the lookout for your favorite British singer. The Globe reports the "Rollin' in the Deep" star was spotted at the on Stanhope Street last week and could be in town for vocal chord surgery.

4. Congratulations to South End resident Edwin Tiffany who was elected to be an overseer of the Boston Landmarks Orchestra. The organization provides free concerts at the Hatch Shell throughout the summer and in the Boston neighborhoods.
