City's Crosswalks to be Repaired
Mayor launched 'Mark It' campaign aimed at repairing street markings.

1. A sunny Monday: clear skies and highs in the mid 60s. North winds 15 to 20 mph.
2. The mayor has launched a campaign to repair crosswalks across the city. Over the next few months the Boston Transportation Department will reinstall crosswalks, double yellow lines, lane lines, school zone symbols and traffic turn arrows as well as other markings in areas that have been damaged over the winter months. 3. Saturday night, the Power Station was transformed into a high fashion runway. The Mass College of Art held its end-of-the-year show at the Harrison Avenue space for the second straight year. We'll have back-stage photos up later this morning.

4. Attention Boston high school juniors: Northeastern University is offering a college preparation and motivation program for seniors. Mentors help students come up with a list of schools, write admissions essays and apply for scholarships. The deadline to apply is May 17. Here's the application.
