One Man Charged With Destroying Property At Pine Street Inn
Staff say 51-year-old resident "shattered" a window at the homeless shelter.

A Boston man was arrested after causing serious damage to the front entryway of the early Friday morning, police reported.
Al Cox, 51, who lists his address as 444 Harrison Ave, where the Pine Street Inn is located, was charged with willful and malicious destruction of property after allegedly shattering a window near the entrance to the shelter.
A police officer working a paid detail at the Inn responded to the call around 4:15 a.m. on Friday, according to a police report. Staff members told police that Cox became angry after being spoken to about an “undisclosed issue.” After the conversation, he began banging on the window at the front entrance until the window shattered, police reported.
