• Minor Modification to South EndUrban Renewal Plan Needed for Tremont Street Project to move Forward (thebostonsun.com) — A proposed change to the South End Urban Renewal Plan would allow Benjamin Franklin Cummings Institute of Technology to build new HVAC training classrooms in ground-floor space at Castle Square Apartments on Tremont Street. The daycare currently in that space chose not to renew its lease, another daycare will remain, and tenants are being invited to take part in the new trade education programs if the BPDA approves the modification.
