Resident Robbed on Appleton Street
Suspect told victim "I just want your money," according to police.

A South End resident was robbed of over $150 while walking home early Tuesday morning, police reported.
The victim, a female, was walking on Appleton Street around 1:10 a.m. on Tuesday when she was approached from behind by a man demanding money, a police report stated. The suspect pointed a sharpened steel object at the woman, who handed over between $150 and $200 in cash, police said.
The suspect, described as a tall black male wearing a red baseball cap, jeans and a black t-shirt, fled down Appleton Street toward Dartmouth Street. A subsequent search of the area yielded no arrests.

The victim refused medical treatment.
