South End Police Log: Armed Assault Charges

Arrests in the South End from Sept. 16 - 22.

The following information was furnished by the Boston Police Department. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, September 16

Bill Russell, of 631 Shirley Ave., A1, Revere, was arrested around 8 a.m. at 650 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Anthony Williams, of 556 Mass Ave., #5, was arrested around 8:30 a.m. at 650 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (gun).

Two juveniles and Jesse Nzenwa, of 27 Lincoln St., 2 Hyde Park, were arrested arond 10 a.m. at 90 Warren Ave. and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (knife).

A juvenile was arrested around 12 p.m. at 97 Peterborough St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Caro Maduegbunam, of 363 Albany St., was arrested around 3:54 p.m. at 363 Albany St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a police officer.

Desean Martin, of 16 Ormond St., #1, Mattapan, was arrested around 5:40 p.m. on Northampton St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Walberto Parrilla, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 9:50 p.m. on Pembroke St. and charged with larceny from a vehicle under $50.

Saturday, September 17

Enrique Torres, of 541 Shawmut Ave., #506, was arrested around 12:28 a.m. at 175 Northampton St. and charged with criminal harrassment.  

Sunday, September 18

Rita Carias, of 784R Mass Ave., was arrested around 9:35 a.m. at 850 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute (cocaine).

Monday, September 19

Willie Gainer, of 82 Holworthy St., was arrested around 2 p.m. at 618 Shawmut Ave. and charged with drinking liquor in public.

Tuesday, September 20

No arrests.

Wednesday, September 21

Regan Tims, of 1 Long Island Rd., was arrested around 12:25 a.m. at 273 East Berkeley St. and charged with prostitution/soliciting.

Thursday, September 22

Raphael Desilus, of 39 Boylston St., was arrested around 4:05 p.m. at 750 Albany St. and charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute (cocaine).

Rene Lopez, of 152 East Cottage St., #1, Dorchester, was arrested around 10:15 p.m. at 143 West Brookline St. and charged with receiving stolen property.
