South End Police Log: Open and Gross Lewdness

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, August 19 and Thursday, August 25. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, August 19 

Bruce Gethers, of 84 Mt. Pleasant Ave., #1, Roxbury, was arrested around 12:15 a.m. at 7 Worcester St. and charged with larceny from a motor vehicle over $200.

Billy Jones, 69 Clifton St., Dorchester and Stephen Preston, of 444 Harrison Ave. were arrested around 3:59 a.m. at 32 Holyoke St. and charged with larceny from a vehicle under $50.

Jeffrey Jones, of 217 Columbia Rd., #3, Dorchester, was arrested around 2:19 a.m. on Dartmouth St. and charged with carrying/selling/renting a firearm/weapon.

Randall Tremblay, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 10:51 a.m. at 200 Clarendon St. and charged with assault and battery.

Meggan Durant, of 88 Maynare St., Roslindale was arrested around 11:15 a.m. at 850 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

Carlos Dominguez, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 12:58 p.m. at 1102 Washington St. and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife).

Vondel Lorguet, of 1 Eliot St., B, Randolph, was arrested around 9:32 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

Saturday, August 20

Petronia Thames, of 279 Centre St., #132, Jamaica Plain, Renea Jones, of 28 Milton Ave., Dorchester, and Eugene Adams, of 2 Quincy St., 3A, Dorchester, were arrested around 3:10 a.m. at 273 East Berkeley St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Sunday, August 21

Keith Payne, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 3:29 a.m. on Washington St. and charged with buying stolen property.

Majesty Ali, of 240 Albany St., Cambridge and Keith Payne, of 444 Harrison Ave. were arrested around 618 Shawmut Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Christopher Stoios, of 44 Upton St., #8, was arrested around 5:37 p.m. at his residence and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Monday, August 22

Jabril Jacobs, of 40 Glenhill Rd., #2, Mattapan, was arrested around 11:45 p.m. at 771 Albany St. and charged with assault and battery. 

Joao Rodriguez, of 330 Bowdoin St., #510, Dorchester, was arrested around 6:50 p.m. at 771 Albany St. and charged with assault and battery.

Damian Gray, of 540 Miller St., Braintree and Ernesto Crespo, of 39 Boylston St., were arrested around 4 p.m. on Washington St. and charged with larceny from a vehicle $50-199.

Tuesday, August 23

No arrests.

Wednesday, August 24

Wilfredo Morales, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 1:59 a.m. at 88 West Newton St. and charged with drinking liquor in public. 

Robert Paul, of 1820 Washington St., #520, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. at 616 Shawmut Ave. and charged with refusing to stop for police. 

Jose Leiva-Chinchilla, of 825 Broadway St., #3, Chelsea, was arrested around 11:10 a.m. at 840 Harrison Ave. and charged with open and gross lewdness.

Perry Graham, of 794 Mass Ave., was arrested around 5:50 p.m. at his residence and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Tracey Hardy and Albert Moore, of 444 Harrison Ave., were arrested around 7:30 p.m. at 2007 Washington St. and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine) with intent to distribute.

Tracey Hardy, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 7:30 p.m. at 2007 Washington St. and charged with larceny over $200.

Thursday, August 25

Collins Rosario and Tariq Rosario of 334 Corey St., West Roxbury, were arrested around 3:15 p.m. at 679 Mass Ave. and charged with drug trafficking (cocaine).
