South End Police Log: Prostitution, Trespassing and Drug Charges

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, February 11 and Thursday, February 17. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Friday, February 11

Marie St. Pierre, of 135 Puritan Dr., Quincy, was arrested around 1:15 a.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with prostitution.

Luis Colon, of 444 Harrison Ave. was arrested around 6 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charge with trespassing.

John Lara, of 20 Miami Ave. #1, West Roxbury; Robert Lara, of 693 Shawmut Ave., #693, Roxbury and Miguel Figueroa, of 39 Mosart St., #22, Jamaica Plain were arrested around 9:12 p.m. at 23 St. Cyprian’s Place and charged with possession of a class A substance with intent to distribute.

Ibraim Matos, of 633 Shawmut Ave., #205, Roxbury, was arrested around 8 p.m. at 633 Shawmut Ave. and charged with assault and battery. Ibraim was later charged with a firearm/weapon violation.

Saturday, February 12

Eliezer Ortiz, of 545 Massachusetts Ave., #4, was arrested around 1:29 a.m. at 545 Massachusetts Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

Lorenzo Reid, of 42 Harrison Archways, #38, was at his residence and charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon (knife).

Sunday, February 13

Joseph Kinney, of 466 Broadway, #2, Chelsea, was arrested around 3:50 p.m. at 840 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).

Monday, February 14

Steven Fernandes, of 23 Gleb Ct., Taunton, was arrested around 5:14 p.m. at 273 East Berkeley St. and charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin).

A juvenile was arrested around 10:25 p.m. at 601 Shawmut Ave. and charged with assault and battery.

Tuesday, February 15

No arrests.

Wednesday, February 16

Anibal Antonio Torres, of 40 River Rd., Somerville, was arrested around 12:05 p.m. on Cunard St. and charged with possession of a class E substance with intent to distribute.

William Johnson, of 450 Washington St., #1, Dorchester and David Allen, of 10 Courtland Rd., #1, Mattapan, were arrested around 4:49 p.m. at 1120 Washington St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Shawn Rico Tyler, of North Quincy, was arrested around 11:01 p.m. at 40 Fay St. and charged with trespassing.

Thursday, February 17

Kerry Jones, of 200 Chestnut St., Brookline, was arrested around 2 p.m. at 730 Washington St. and charged with larceny over $200.

Tyrone Bell, of 468 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested around 4:06 p.m. at 600 Shawmut Ave. and charged with drinking liquor in public.

Jailou Nobel, of 39 Tremont St., #1, Brockton, was arrested around 6:20 p.m. on Randolph St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.

Torie Jenkins, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 9:50 p.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).
