South End Police Log: Restaurant Theft, Break-Ins and Drug Charges
Arrests in the South End from Mar 4 - 10.

The following arrests took place in the South End between Friday, March 4 and Thursday, March 10. All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Friday, March 4
Thomas Patak, homeless, was arrested around 6:40 a.m. at 513 Columbus Ave. and charged with breaking and entering a non-residence during the day. Patak was later charged with breaking and entering a non-residence during the night using force.

Fernando Iglesias, of 36 Highland Ave, Malden, was arrested around 1 p.m. at 401 Park Drive and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
Dina Morgan, of 15 Lake Shore Dr., Weymouth, was arrested around 6:26 p.m. on Shawmut Ave. and charged with possession of a class A substance (heroin).

Pedro Rios, of 15 Greenville St., Roxbury, was arrested around 6:58 p.m. at 41 West Dedham St. and charged with assault and battery.
Wayne Diggs, of 53 Ashton St., Dorchester and James Dallaire, of 444 Harrison Ave. were arrested around 9:45 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance (cocaine).
Saturday, March 5
Thomas Dunne, of 23 Symphony Rd., #1 was and charged with larceny between $50 and $199.
Melissa Vazquez, of 29 Hildreth St., #2, Marlborough, was arrested around 2:54 a.m. on Plympton St. and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Heather Bryant-King, homeless, was arrested around 11:45 a.m. at 1636 Washington St. and charged with larceny/shoplifting over $200.
James Watson, of 794 Mass Ave., was arrested around 2:45 p.m. at 1917 Washington St. and charged with breaking and entering a non-residence during the night using force.
Mark Thomas, of 46 G Street, #1, South Boston, was arrested around 6 p.m. at 650 Harrison Ave. and charged with willful and malicious destruction of property.
Sunday, March 6
Craig Davis, of 4 Center St., #2, Roxbury, was arrested around 9:50 a.m. at 771 Albany St. and charged with assault and battery.
Tammie Phillips, of 889 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 10:45 a.m. at 231 Mass Ave. and charged with larceny/shoplifting over $200.
Matthew Branconnier, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 2:15 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with assault and battery.
Michael Francois Hyppolite, of 55 Parkview Rd., Waltham, was arrested around 2:30 p.m. on East Berkeley St. and charged with larceny/shoplifting under $50.
Martin Brown, of 210 West Springfield St., #1, was arrested around 4:36 p.m. at his residence and charged with assault and battery.
Monday, March 7
Gregory Larry Roberts, of 89 Bethany Rd., #204, Framingham, was arrested around 6:23 p.m. at 599 Columbus Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
Tuesday, March 8
No arrests.
Wednesday, March 9
Luis Salazar, of 4100 Washington St., #3, Roslindale, was arrested around 1:04 p.m. on Shawmut Ave. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
A juvenile was arrested around 5:20 p.m. at 165 Dartmouth St. and charged with assault and battery.
Justin Richardson, of 794 Mass Ave., was arrested around 1:30 a.m. on Washington Place and charged with street robbery involving a firearm.
Lawrence Clegg, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 8:37 p.m. at 82 Berkeley St. and charged with breaking and entering a residence during the night using force.
Thursday, March 10
Joshua Lawrence, of 8 Riverside St., R, Watertown, was arrested around 1 a.m. on Harrison Ave. and charged with deriving support from a prostitute.
Everton Henry, of 66 Westmore Rd., Mattapan, was arrested around 12:34 p.m. at 650 Harrison Ave. and charged with possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.
Justin Cullinane, of 35A San Juan St., was arrested around 12:58 p.m. at 45 Dwight St. and charged with assault and battery.
James Smith, of 444 Harrison Ave., was arrested around 5 p.m. at 444 Harrison Ave. and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.
Torrie Haynes, of 21 West Tremlett St., #3, Dorchester, was arrested around 5:15 p.m. at 1603 Washington St. and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute.
