founder and Harvard graduate Joanne Chang and her crew baked up a red velvet masterpiece to serve 4,000 people at Harvard's 375th birthday party. The cake, which will be shaped like the letter "H", took 278 pounds of butter, 1,000 eggs and 16 gallons of buttermilk.
