Calare Properties Acquires Winchester Hospital Site In Stoneham

STONEHAM, MA – Calare Properties recently acquired property off of I-93 in Stoneham that currently serves as Winchester Hospital's materials management site. The space at 95 Maple Street is 5.63 acres and includes a 23,000-square-foot warehouse/office building, a 2,200-square-foot garage and more than 400 parking spots.

Beth Israel has a long-term lease on the property and uses it to support its operations at Winchester Hospital. The site is located nine miles north of Boston in a convenient commuting area.

"We saw tremendous value in the fully leased property to a high quality tenant and long term potential given the optionality of its prime location."
