Police Investigating Pro-Trump Graffiti In Stoneham

Police said "Vote Trump 2020!" and "Police Lives Matter!" was spray painted on fences on Oak Street.

STONEHAM, MA — Police are investigating a report of vandalism to multiple fences in Stoneham over the weekend. Officers were called to Oak Street around 8 a.m. Saturday and found several pieces of spray painted graffiti, police said.

The graffiti included "Vote Trump 2020!" and "Police Lives Matter!" written across a fence. Similar graffiti was found on another fence on the opposite side of Oak Street, police said.

"We're very disappointed to see this type of vandalism in our community and would like to remind everyone that it will not be tolerated," Police Chief James McIntyre said. "The Stoneham Police Department will be investigating this matter. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact us immediately."
