
BOSTON – Wednesday, October 8, 2025 – Representative Michael S. Day recently nominated Stoneham’s Claudia Prodero for recognition at the Massachusetts State House, where the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus honored her with the Latino Excellence on the Hill Award.
“Claudia represents the very best of Stoneham,” said Representative Michael S. Day. “Through her business, leadership and community involvement, she has created a space that brings people together and strengthens the fabric of our town. I’m proud to nominate her to receive this well-deserved recognition from the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus.”
Claudia Prodero is a longtime Stoneham resident, mother, and business owner. She continues to shape the community through her leadership and creativity. Claudia co-owns Cerámica Paint Studio, a “paint-your-own pottery” studio in the heart of downtown Stoneham that celebrates its seventh anniversary this month. As Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Stoneham Chamber of Commerce, Claudia strengthens local businesses and encourages community engagement.

Cerámica offers residents and visitors a welcoming, creative space to explore their artistic talents. The studio hosts walk-ins, private events and group celebrations, adding color and charm to downtown Stoneham.
