Stoneham Teen Enrichment Meets Saturday
Five things about Stoneham you need to know to start off your weekend.

Five things to know today, Friday, April 12, 2013:
1. Ugh. Just ugh. Rain today and a high only approaching 40. East wind 14 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 32 mph. Rain continues tonight, with a low around 36. The weekend is shaping up better: On Saturday, a slight chance of showers before noon,otherwise partly sunny with a high near 53. Sunday should be sunny with a high near 56.

3. Animal Habitats Walk in the Fells. Join Pete Costello of Zoo New England for a family-friendly walk on Sunday from 10 a.m. to noon to explore and discuss habitats, nests and animal signs in the Fells. Walking will be easy to moderate. Bring water, and binoculars if you have them. Meet at Flynn Rink parking area on Woodland Road, Medford. Rain cancels. Email Pete at pbeararl@yahoo.com for more information. 4. Storytime at the library. The Stoneham Public Library will hold a StoryTime Program today for kids 3 and 1/2 and up at 10:30 a.m. Children are able to enjoy a few good stories and simple crafts in the activity room without an adult.

5. Bingo this weekend. The Boys & Girls Club of Stoneham has Bingo every Saturday and Sunday at 6:30 p.m., which has partially funded the Club's annual budget for over 30 years. Two progressive games on Saturdays with a $3,000 jackpot and two progressive games on Sundays at $1,199. Both games at $100 and up with $200 in door prizes.
