Stoneham's Annual Tree Lighting with Arts & Crafts Fair Sunday

The Annual Tree Lighting on the Stoneham Town Common with Winter Arts & Crafts Fair is this Sunday, November 28
The Stoneham Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Tree Lighting hosted by StonehamBank will take place on the Stoneham Town Common on Sunday, November 28, from 3 to 5PM.
Activities will include visits with Santa, a train ride for kids offered by the Stoneham Recreation Department, craft making and activities, hot chocolate and snacks provided by Salem Five Bank, Harrow’s Pot Pie sampling, the Memory Tree, holiday music provided by Spinner Music Productions and caroling with the Stoneham Girl Scouts. The event will culminate with the official tree lighting by StonehamBank at 4:45 PM. The tree lighting display and holiday decorations are made possible by the Stoneham Department of Public Works.

For the enjoyment and safety of all who participate Santa will make two appearances, first at the StonehamBank Drive Thru from 2-4pm and then on his sleigh the Town Common from 4pm until the event ends.
As part of the Chamber’s Keep the Cheer Here holiday campaign, there will also be an Arts & Crafts Fair in the Stoneham Town Hall Auditorium from noon to 7pm. The event will feature more than 70 local artists and crafters offering homemade goods for the holidays.

Save the date! More holiday cheer is happening in Stoneham in December. The Holiday Open House will take place on December 3, 5:30pm-8pm. Hop on a Trolley with friends and family and stop into local businesses for a scavenger hunt, games and holiday fun! Amazing prizes will be raffled off during the evening! Also, the Holiday Parade returns on Saturday, Dec. 12 with the Stoneham Fire and Police Departments, Stoneham Recreation, Stoneham Elementary Schools PTOs and local civic groups. More details to come.
