1. Annual Guns 'N Hoses Hockey Game
The seventh annual Guns 'N Hoses hockey game between the Stoughton Police Department and the Stoughton Fire Department will be played Saturday, March 30 at the Canton Sportsplex (5 Carver Circle in Canton, located just over the Stoughton line off Turnpike St./Route 139).

The event is a fundraiser for the Friends of Stoughton Hockey (F.O.S.H.) group.
The game starts at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted at the door. There will be a silent auction.

The Police Department won the first four games in this series, but after two-straight wins for the SFD, the police only hold a 4-2 game advantage in the six year history of the Guns ‘N Hoses event.

2. Annual Easter Egg Hunt
The following is from the Stoughton Community Events Committee:
The Stoughton Community Events Committee presents the 6th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Cedar Hill Golf Course (1137 Park Street in Stoughton).
Get there early...the event starts promptly at 11 a.m.
You can also get a free picture with the Easter Bunny provided by Walgreen’s.
This event is free to the families of Stoughton residents only.
In the event of inclement weather, the Easter Bunny will be handing out treats from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
3. Good Friday Schedule
The Town Hall and the Stoughton Public Library will be open regular hours on Good Friday (March 29). The Stoughton Public Schools are closed, however.
4. Recycle Center Closed on Easter
The Stoughton DPW's Recycle Center will be closed Sunday, March 31 in observance of Easter.
