Foster is the estranged husband of the victim, 46-year-old Anita Clark, who had been renting the home on Glen Echo Blvd. for a short period of time, according to authorities.
Stoughton Police responded to conduct a well-being check at the residence and Clark was found dead at the home Saturday evening.

During the investigation, authorities developed enough evidence in the residence to establish "probable cause" to issue a warrant for the arrest of Foster, Norfolk County District Attorney Michael W. Morrissey said.
Foster is described as black, with brown eyes, and black hair. He is 5'11", 170 pounds, with a slim build (his wanted poster is posted as a PDF in the media gallery).
He is considered to be dangerous, Morrissey said.
Foster may be operating a gray, 2001 Pontiac Aztek owned by the victim. The vehicle has Massachusetts plates with the number 4CTT10, Stoughton Police Chief Paul Shastany said during the conference (an example of this model car is posted in the media gallery of this article).
If anyone has any information regarding this case, they are asked to call 911, contact the Stoughton Police (781-344-2424), or the Massachusetts State Police (508-820-2121).
