1. Town Meeting Resumes

Having last met May 30, Stoughton's Annual Town Meeting resumes this evening, June 11.

Session 8 of  starts at 7:30 p.m. at the . Thirty-five (35) articles remain.

2. Stoughton High Spring Sports Awards

Stoughton High's Spring Sports Awards will be held in the SHS cafeteria on Monday June, 11 starting at 6:30 p.m.

3. Senior Center Activities

• 9 a.m. - Walking Club
• 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Tai Chi
• 9 a.m. - Coffee with Karen
• 10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. - Line Dancing
• 2 p.m. - 3p.m. - Strength Training
• LUNCH (11:15 p.m.) – Orange Ginger Beef with Broccoli

4. Looking Ahead: Freshmen Footbal Team Car Wash

The Stoughton High Freshmen Football team is looking to fundraise money for new jerseys for this upcoming season.  The current jerseys that they have are from the 1980's and could use an update.  

Come support the Black Knights Saturday, June 16 at from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The donation per car is only $5.

5. Reminder: Thursday is Food Pantry Day in Stoughton

Stoughton resident Peg Carbone continues her effort to curb hunger in Stoughton, personally picking up donations for the food pantries every Thursday.

Here's a note from Peg: "I pick up non perishable food and also household items every Thursday, anywhere in Stoughton and deliver them to the food pantry. Please tell your friends and neighbors. One item, one bag or several, and I will pick them up every Thursday."
