School officials say the graffiti was written in chalk on the pavement of the upper parking lot of the middle school.

STOUGHTON, MA — Graffiti referencing Adolf Hitler was discovered near O'Donnell Middle School, the Stoughton Public Schools confirmed Wednesday.
School officials say the graffiti was written in chalk on the pavement of the upper parking lot of the middle school and has been washed away.
"This is certainly not the way we want to end our school year, and we take this matter very seriously. The Stoughton Public Schools has established a long-term relationship with the Anti-Defamation League to work to respond to and prevent issues related to intolerance and anti-Antisemitism," the Stoughton Schools said in a statement.
