Middleborough Man Charged With Propositioning Randolph Teen
Police say Glenn Everett allegedly offered a 16-year-old girl cash in exchange for sexual acts.

RANDOLPH, MA — A Middleborough man was arrested after allegedly offering a teenage girl at a bus stop money in exchange for sex.
Glenn Everett, 55, was arrested and charged with engaging in sexual conduct for a fee with a child under the age of 18. He is expected to be arraigned today in Quincy District Court, according to the Randolph Police Department.
On June 21, a 16-year-old girl at the Randolph Police Station told police that a man identified as Everett began talking to her while she waited for the bus on North Main Street. During their conversation, Everett allegedly offered the girl cash in exchange for sexual acts. Despite her refusal, he allegedly continued to question her before she walked away and attempted to cross the street.

Everett eventually left the area, but the victim was able to use her cell phone to get a photo of him.
“The girl was very brave to walk away and even take a picture of the man who approached her, so that perhaps another young girl will not have to go through this same ordeal,” Chief William Pace said in a statement.
