August 19 2:43 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Lincoln Street near Washington Street, a 32-year-old from New Bedford was issued a summons for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. 10:05 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Park Street, a 23-year-old from Brockton was issued a summons for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding. August 20 7:01 p.m. - Roosevelt Wilkins, 52, of Stoughton, was arrested on Wheeler Circle on two warrants. August 21 10:15 a.m. - A 48-year-old from Boston at Eastern Bank on Washington Street was issued a summons for uttering a false check and check forgery.
