The Stoughton High baseball team had its Senior Day game Wednesday afternoon, with the team's seven soon to be high school graduates being honored before the start of the game.

This year's senior class includes tri-captains Mike Connelly, Pat Jackman and Will McGrath, who have all been on the team since they were freshmen, along with Mike Dixon, Brett Hoffman, Mike Romaine and team manager Josh Brown (also a Patch contributor).

After the game, the seven seniors were taken to the Stoughton Youth Baseball fields, to enjoy dinner at the place where their baseball careers started.
