SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Stoughton's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Stoughton has two Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Earl Montgomery, 52, lives at 256 Summer St. in Stoughton. Convicted of one count of assault of a child with intent to commit rape and two counts of rape and abuse of a child, all in 1998.

James Wade, Jr., 48, lives at 740 Washington St. in Stoughton. Convicted on one count of aggravated rape in 1991.
