Joyce: State Senator Brian A. Joyce (D-Milton) recently attended the 14th Annual Stoughton Adult Basic Education Achievement Ceremony at Stoughton High School where more than 80 students celebrated their progress in learning English, with four receiving citations from Sen. Joyce honoring their attainment of U.S. citizenship.
