Stoughton Man Charged with OUI Drugs is Tased After Assaulting Officers, Resisting Arrest
A Stoughton man was arrested Thursday morning by Stoughton Police after he was seen "huffing" from an aerosol can.

The following information is from the Stoughton Police Department:
A Stoughton man faces multiple charges after he allegedly inhaled toxic substances, and then resisted arrest.
School Resource Officer Robert Kuhn responded to a crash on Cushing St. at Station St. at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 4 where he saw Boris Rabkin, 26, of Columbia Rd. in Stoughton, allegedly "huffing" from an aerosol can.

"Rabkin refused orders to shut off his vehicle and fled the area with Ofc. Kuhn in pursuit," according to a post on the Stoughton Police Department Facebook page.
"Rabkin stopped in the driveway of his residence and promptly charged Officer Kuhn who had drawn his firearm. Ofc. Kuhn showing tremendous restraint, began to retreat in an effort to avoid firing until he was joined by Det. [Jim] O'Connor who shielded the officer with his unmarked cruiser," the post continues.

Rabkin then resisted efforts by Officers Kuhn, Stephen Collins, Robert Duke and Det. O'Connor to place him under arrest and had to be "drive stunned" with a taser to bring him under control, according to Stoughton Police.
Rabkin is charged with OUI drugs; driving to endanger; failure to stop for a police officer; assault and battery on police officers; resisting arrest; leaving the scene of an accident; inhaling toxic substances; disorderly conduct; operating with a revoked licensed; operating an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle; speeding; and stop sign violations.
