James E. Flint

James Edward Flint, 46, of Stoughton, passed away unexpectedly at his sister’s home Monday April 8, 2013. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Scott J. Kilroe

The body of Scott J. Kilroe, 40, of Wareham, formerly of Stoughton, was found April 13 in Mattapoisett, according to the state medical examiner's office. Kilroe had been missing since February.

Raised in Stoughton, Kilroe was a 1991 graduate of Stoughton High School. He was an elevator constructor with the Local 4 IUEC for 15 years. He also was a self-employed mason and in his free time he enjoyed his stone work.

Marilyn (Wiegand) King

Marilyn E. (Wiegand) King, 77, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at Brockton Hospital on Thursday, April 11. She was the wife of Patrick B. "Bernie" King.

Mrs. King was a resident of Stoughton since 1965. She was a homemaker. In her free time she loved to travel with her family.

Daniel Joseph "Joe" Lehan, Sr., 97, died Wednesday, April 10, at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, after a brief illness. He was the husband of 67 years of the late Helene T. (Madden) Lehan.

Born and raised in Stoughton, he was a longtime resident of Stoughton and Green Harbor, Marshfield. For several years, he enjoyed wintering in Florida. He was a retired shipfitter for General Dynamics in Quincy. He was one of the first members of the Stoughton Knights of Columbus.

Maria (Tavares) Medeiros

Maria J. (Tavares) Medeiros, 79, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at Brockton Hospital on Sunday, April 14.

Born and raised in Sao Miguel, Azores, Portugal, she moved to Stoughton in 1968. Mrs. Medeiros worked at Corcoran Shoe in Stoughton for 23 years and Spoontigues for 17 years before retiring at age 70.

Arthur F. Silva, Jr., 58, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, April 15 after a lengthy illness.

Born in Stoughton, he was a graduate of Stoughton schools. Mr.Silva worked for the Local 4 Union of Operating Engineers for 15 years before owning A & T Taxi in Stoughton for several years.

Michael R. Swallow, 21, of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, April 15.

Bertha Pearl (Nogler) White

Bertha Pearl (Nogler) White, 85, a of Stoughton, died at Brigham & Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain on Saturday, April 13. She was the wife of the late Robert J. White.

Mrs. White was a resident of Stoughton for two years after living in Sharon for over 10 years. She was a homemaker.
