Stoughton Police Make Multiple Arrests for Drunk Driving, Drug Possession

Underage Drunk Driving

Stoughton Police made a motor vehicle stop at 3:47 a.m. at the intersection of Winter St. and Canton St. on Jan. 29 resulting in the arrest of an under-21-year-old male for allegedly driving drunk (second offense).

Zachary Cripps, 20, of Pond St. in Sharon was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol (OUI) - second offense; operating a motor vehicle  negligently to endanger; operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended for OUI; and possessing liquor under the age of 21.

Child Endangerment While OUI

Stoughton Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at 107 Pearl St. at 6:54 p.m. on Jan. 25, resulting in the arrest of one female for drunk driving.

Irondina Oliveira, 47, of Morton Square in Stoughton, was arrested and charged with OUI liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; marked lanes violation; and child endangerment while OUI.

Drunk Driving

Christine Donovan, 31, of Hills St. in Randolph, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Turnpike St. at 12:09 a.m. on Jan. 30. She is charged with OUI liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

Drunk Driving Arrest Following Motor Vehicle Accident

Andrew Lovett, 52, of Lewis Rd. in Randolph, was arrested following a motor vehicle accident on Lindelof Ave. at 6:04 p.m. on Jan. 31. He is charged with OUI liquor and failure to use care in backing.

Drunk Driving; Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle

Stoughton Police received a call of an erratic operator. Orlando Depina, 51, of Battles Farm Dr. in Brockton, was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Park St. at 4:54 p.m. Jan. 28.

Depina is charged with OUI liquor; operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger; marked lanes violation; and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

OUI, Drug Possession

Stoughton Police made a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Turnpike St. and Central St. at 10:51 a.m. on Jan. 26 after police received multiple calls reporting an erratic operator on the road.

Craig Ernst, 42, of 4th St. in Stoughton, was arrested and charged with OUI drugs; possession of a Class A drug; marked lanes violation; and operating a motor vehicle negligently to endanger.

Drug Arrest

Stoughton Police arrested Katelyn Tregoning, 27, of Washington St. in Franklin, following a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lincoln St. and Walnut St. at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 28. She is charged with possession of a Class B drug and possession of a Class C drug.
