2. Jazz Trio Performing at Bird Park Today

The Union Congregational Church will be presenting The Shane Wood Jazz Trio at Bird Park at 5 p.m. The Trio brings new jazz arrangements including contemporary songwriters, classic composers as well as original compositions.

Bring blankets or lawn chairs to watch the show from the lawn area. Refreshments will be sold to benefit park improvement projects. Parking is available on Polley Lane.

3. REMINDER: Adams Farm Day Tomorrow
Saturday from 12-5 p.m. is Adams Farm Day a day of events for the whole family, including a Battle of the Bands in the pavilion. The event is sponsored by the Walpole Lions Club. There is a rain date set for Sunday, Sept. 16
