1. Possible Showers Saturday, Fall Weather Sunday

Saturday calls for a chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m., then a slight chance of showers between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., according to the National Weather Service. Mostly cloudy through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 73. Northwest wind 8 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Sunday look for sunny skies, with a high near 68. Northwest wind 5 to 9 mph. Night time calls for clear, with a low around 39. West wind around 6 mph becoming calm in the evening.

2. Adams Farm Day Saturday
Saturday from 12-5 p.m. is Adams Farm Day a day of events for the whole family, including a Battle of the Bands in the pavilion. The event is sponsored by the Walpole Lions Club. There is a rain date set for Sunday, Sept. 16.

3. Apple Harvest Fair Saturday

The Union Congregational Church in East Walpole is host thier annual Apple Harvest Fair Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fair includes attractions from people of all ages from children's activities to a silent auction. Admission is free.

4. Weekend Brunch

Raffael's - Sunday bruch at Raffael's is opened to the public from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Raven's Nest- Sunday brunch at the Raven's Nest is from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Old Country Buffet- The Old Counry Buffet will be open on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
