Engineers Perform Inspections on Walpole Bridges
No serious issues were found on Walpole bridges

State paid engineers say they did not find any major problems during an inspection of 10 Walpole bridges last month.
Bayside Engineering in Woburn recently finished performing maintenance checks on several bridges throughout Walpole as part of their contract with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
Inspections took place on Main Street over the Neponset River, Park Lane, Washington Street, West Street, Lewis Avenue, East Street, Elm Street, I-95 and South Street. National Bridge Inspection Standards require inspection on all publicly owned highway bridges longer than 20 feet.
