PHOTOS: Garden Project at Elm Street School Continues
Aggie students continue to help youngsters at the Elm Street School grow their spring garden.
Students from the Norfolk County Agricultural School recently visited with fifth graders at the Elm Street School to help transport the youngsters' lettuce crops to four pack containers.
In February, 16 Aggie students visited the Elm Street School to help 75 fifth graders from plant a variety of lettuce seeds.
After the seeds were planted in February the Aggie students took them back to the school greenhouse to grow.

The outside plantings should happen at the end of April.
In June, the Aggie students will again be back to have a lettuce party with the elementary school kids.

Plants like peas, cucumbers and tomatoes will also be grown by Walpole seniors next month to be planted in the garden.
