Wednesday, Feb. 20: 10:34 p.m. – Foxborough police arrested Izaley Silva Nascimento, 35, of Walpole on operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and motor vehicle lights violation charges following a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street. Sunday, Feb. 24: 10:50 p.m. – Foxborough police officer Patrick Hoffman reported he was out with a stopped motor vehicle on the exit ramp from Patriot Place P1 roadway to Washington Street. Jennifer Marie Fitton, 32, of Walpole, was arrested of OUI liquor, marked lanes violation and negligent operation of motor vehicle. Officer Hoffman gave Fitton her notice of suspension and her citation in hand. Fitton's passenger, a 26-year-old Walpole man, was taken into protective custody.
