Preview: Walpole Coach Greener Looks Ahead to Needham

Coach Greener said the upcoming games against Needham, Natick and Weymouth will be 'a bunch of wars.'

The Walpole Rebels (6-0) will take on Bay State Conference foe Needham (5-1) at home Friday at 7 p.m.

Walpole beat Wellesley, 49-0, Friday, Oct. 12 in a cold match up at Turco Field.

Needham picked up their fifth win of the season against Milton, 31-20, last week.

Coach Greener said that the Rockets would be a tough opponent given that their sole loss was to a strong Weymouth team this season.

The Rockets - ranked 11th in Mass. by Boston.com and 25th in the state by EPSNBoston.com -  have a strong offense averaging 30 points per game this season. They have also allowed 13.2 points per game this year.

However, Needham will have to play at their best to beat the Rebels who have averaged 40.8 points per game and allowed 6.2 points per game this year, including allowing only 3 points in thier last three games combined.
