The following is a release by the Trustees of Reservations. Join us on Saturday, Sept. 8 for a concert on the music court featuring The Pi Alley Band.  The show will begin at 4:30 pm. The Pi Alley Band is the new standard for Rock &amp; Roll dance music in the greater Boston area. Two great guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, and four way harmonies give Pi Alley the versatility to cover all the top hits of yesterday and today. The concert is being presented by The Friends of Bird Park. On Friday, September 14 Union Congregational Church will be presenting The Shane Wood Jazz Trio at Bird Park. The Trio brings you new jazz arrangements including contemporary songwriters, your favorite classic composers as well as original compositions.  The show will begin at 5 PM. Both concerts are free to all. Bring your blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the show from the lawn area. Refreshments will be sold to benefit park improvement projects.
