WALPOLE, MA - Fall is in the air, which means that hundreds of Walpole residents and neighbors will be gathering at the town's Harvest Fest on Saturday, October 2 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Stone Field in the heart of Walpole Center.

Formerly known as the Jarvis Harvest because of its former location at Jarvis Farms, this will be the sixth annual event. The tradition was paused last year because of the pandemic, but is hoping to come back strong this year as people are yearning to reconnect.

"This event is very similar to Walpole Day, which we have in the spring," said Arielle Carney, the assistant recreation department director. "There will be live music, a trackless train ride for $5, and a vendor market with various local craftmakers."
